Academic Year 2026-2027

Duration
3 Days
Scheduled Dates
04 May 2026 - 06 May 2026

Background

Insurance is a people's business. We operate in an increasingly competitive and digitally driven market. While individual technical insurance expertise is high, there is a concurrent need for developing ability to effectively understand, mange and leverage human relationship and talent to build high performing teams and organizations. There is a growing need for Officers to transition from traditional "personnel administration" to Strategic Human Resource Management.

This program is designed to bridge the gap between legacy public sector compliance (CDA rules, wage structures) and modern talent management practices required to improve organizational productivity and employee engagement.

It also aims to significantly improve the people's quotient of the participants.
